Buona Sera Ristorante & Bar is Romantic

This romantic and authentic little bistro has surprised visitors in its unassuming location next to a chain motel for about four years but delightfully delivers outstanding European ambiance. Family driven hospitality and better- than-average nourishment make this a great romantic road trip discovery.

While it is true that our pasta was a bit dry and my salmon a tad overdone, the rattlesnake rabbit sausage made up for it with it’s dynamic flavor and novelty. The night we were there, she wasn’t there, but they told us that they often have an renown Opera singer entertaining dining couples.

It’s casual but fairly upscale at the same time. The Tiramisu was very good and put a nice finale on a pleasant meal. I took a look at the kitchen after our meal. It was clean and busy, all good signs.

The owners are proud of the new Head Chef, Chef Francesco Gazzana from Milan. He has been in the position of Head Chef and Executive Chef in places as Ischia, Naples, Antwerp, St. Albans, London and Sau Paulo. The Sous Chef is Anastasios Maras with an extensive background in Mediterranean & Italian cooking.
