The moment we checked in we were impressed by the excellent service and warm hospitality. The lobby is adorned with beautiful historic photos of various inns from yesteryear.
Once in our room we were comfortable and ready to explore the vast property. A nice pool awaits those needing a refreshing dip before heading to the casino for some gaming. No need to find something to pass the time. 33 gaming tables, 9 poker tables, and 1500 slot and poker video machines will keep you occupied for hours of gaming excitement.
While my husband tried some card games I relaxed and enjoyed our nicely appointed room and the pool.
Jackson Ranceria is well known for their extravagant dinner buffet and we were quite pleased. Executive Chef Matthew Broucaret and Director of Food and Beverage Ed Wickman work very hard to incorporate as much local and sustainable fare into their offerings as possible. Not an easy feat with so many restaurants on property but they pull it off nicely and folks come from far and wide to partake in the offerings.
Lots of new surprises are in store in the fall and winter of 2012 so keep checking back on their website to see the newest additions to Jackson Ranceria Casino Resort.
